Custom Self-Lubricating Bearings

As an industry leading custom bearing manufacturer with a history dating back over 100 years, Lubrite® Technologies can produce custom self-lubricating bearings for a number of applications. We manufacture permanent, self-lubricated, and oil-less bearings that are maintenance free and designed to last through the life of the structure. Typical applications for our self-lubricating bearings include structures that need to accommodate medium to heavy loads at slow to medium speeds in power generation, large structures, bridges, and offshore oil production platforms.

Custom bearing Capabilities

Our bearings are capable of operating in wet or dry environments and extreme temperature conditions while bearing heavy static and dynamic loads. Our heavy duty bearings feature a low coefficient of friction, which means that structures and equipment operate as intended with no unanticipated stress. CNC Machining is used to produce custom bearings while holding very tight tolerances. Complete welding and painting capabilities complement our fabrication expertise. A wide variety of bearing configurations are available including self aligning bearings, one-piece, two-piece, flanged bushings, split-bushings, sleeve bearing, flat plates, Spherilube® plates, and spherical shapes, among others. Specialty shapes can be machined for specific applications.

As a custom bearing manufacturer we can produce small to very large bearings from bronze, stainless steel, and steel alloys with outer diameters up to 124” and assembly weights up to 35 tons. Multiple lubricant formulas are available to suit specific needs.
